On Monday, November 6, Hugo and I had the pleasure of being guests on the Life Changes Show (lifechangesshow.com), hosted by Filippo Voltaggio, Mark Leisure, and Dorothy Donahue, to speak about Teens at the Door. Filippo led a wonderful pre-interview with us, in which he asked us a lot of questions to get a feel for our organization and to come up with questions to ask us during the live show. After speaking with us, he did some research into the idea of welcoming neighbors.

At the beginning of the show, Filippo told his story about how Americans used to create “Welcome Wagons” for new neighbors when they moved into town. He spoke about how that piece of American culture seems to have been forgotten in recent years, making the continuation of this philosophy through our organization and those part of it even more inspiring.
